Remaining steadfast, especially when times are tough, is key to helping our clients achieve their milestones. With over 30 years of industry experience, Tom co-manages the investment portfolios, working hand-in-hand with clients to put all of the pieces of their financial puzzle together. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and participating in outdoor activities in the Wasatch mountains and red rocks of St. George, UT. Tom is a proud Westminster College alum and avid supporter of many local charities.

MATTHEW PAPPAS
Chief Executive Officer
Matt is always looking to raise the bar. As co-manager of the investment portfolios, Matt is continually searching for new opportunities and ways to mitigate unforeseen risks in the marketplace, which are key components of The Insight FORMula. When he’s not working on his computer-glare tan, Matt enjoys traveling and the outdoors of his hometown of Park City, UT. Whether it’s mountain biking, hiking with his dog, Neala, skiing, or sharing memories with friends and family.

JENNIFER EMERY
Senior Client Service Manager
Jennifer, our newest Client Service Manager, brings over 11 years of experience in top-notch support and operational assistance. Not only will she help elevate the client-experience, but she also brings her wonderful personality and fun spirit to the CWS family.
Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters: Chloe and Paisley. She also loves HIGH Fitness classes, hiking, biking and anything else active!

AMY KONDRIS
Client Relations Manager
As the newest member of the CWS team, Amy brings a wealth of experience in office management and client services. Known for her attention to detail, Amy makes sure systems run smoothly and efficiently for clients; she’s a wonderful addition to the team.
Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her husband, 4 kids and their dog Hagrid, playing board games, or curled up in a warm blanket watching one of her favorite shows. Amy also loves to craft, her motto is “why buy it when I can make it.”

ZACHARY QUINN
Financial Planner
Zach is focused on providing clients with unparalleled service and guidance. A diverse background in sales, tech startups, and family offices gives him unique perspective of wealth that is sure to benefit the Cottonwood family. He also actively engages in community initiatives, with a focus on addressing homelessness and supporting education. If he's not crunching a spreadsheet, Zach spends his time snowboarding or hiking with his partner, Aria, or watching any kind of sports with his dog, Staxx.
